1. About cookies
Cookies are small text values saved by your browser. Public pages, the contact form and chat work without Google Analytics. Google Analytics is disabled by default and its script is not loaded unless you allow analytics.

The exact admin and Google Analytics cookie names can vary by environment. The AI chat stores recent conversation state in local storage for up to seven days so it can be reopened; “Clear conversation” removes it sooner.
3. Analytics
Cookie-free first-party counters
Aggregate counters record totals for human page loads and a strict list of useful actions. A counter stores only its date, action, page path and total count. It creates no visitor row and stores no cookie, IP address, user agent, location, referrer, session identifier or custom event properties.
Optional Google Analytics
After consent, Google Analytics records page views and a limited event taxonomy: successful lead generation, email and WhatsApp clicks, primary calls to action, and visits to a service after a link from an article, FAQ or resource. Parameters are limited to non-sensitive context such as source path, target path, CTA location and service slug. Contact details, form messages and chat content are not sent.
Page measurement includes the title and path. Arbitrary query parameters are removed; only standard campaign parameters and the documented analytics debug flag are retained. URL fragments do not create another page view.
4. Your controls
Use the control below, or “Analytics settings” in the footer, to allow or decline Google Analytics. Declining keeps Google’s script unloaded. Withdrawing consent disables analytics, removes accessible _ga cookies for this site and reloads the page. Browser controls can also inspect or remove stored data.
