2. Portfolio information
This website presents my professional experience, projects, writing and services. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice. Although I aim to keep it accurate, portfolio content may be summarized, become outdated or contain inadvertent errors.
3. Service inquiries and engagements
Sending a contact form, email or chat inquiry does not create a client, employment, partnership or other contractual relationship. Availability, scope, fees, timelines, ownership, confidentiality and deliverables must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. I may accept or decline an inquiry at my discretion.
4. AI-powered portfolio chat
The chat is an automated assistant that speaks in my professional first-person voice using published portfolio information. It is not a live conversation with me unless I separately confirm that it is. AI output can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and should be verified with me before you rely on it.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical information, trade secrets or other highly sensitive information. The chat cannot make binding promises, accept a project, agree to commercial terms or provide regulated professional advice on my behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- send spam, malicious code, abusive content or fraudulent inquiries;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the website’s security or rate limits;
- scrape or extract content at a scale that harms the website or its users; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with me or reuse the site to impersonate me.
I may restrict access or discard submissions that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original design, text, code examples, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to me and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and link to public pages for personal or legitimate business evaluation. You may not republish, sell, remove attribution from or create a misleading derivative of substantial site content without permission.
Client names, product names, logos and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the context stated on the relevant page.

The website may link to third-party sites or use external services. I do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
